Inside Sales Account Manager (HVAC Residential Division)

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to join the residential division of a market leader that provides energy-efficient heat pumps, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. This role supports the sales team in driving business growth through proactive outreach and proposal generation.
About the Role:
- Work closely with an experienced Account Manager as a trusted sidekick, focusing on outbound calls to generate leads and produce tailored commercial proposals.
- Mainly office-based with the flexibility of one day working remotely per week.
- A commercially focused, hands-on role—no technical qualifications required, but a genuine interest in energy-efficient HVAC and renewable technologies is essential.
- Support a strong network of over 800 installers across the Benelux region by helping grow the residential business segment.
Who You Are:
- Commercially driven, eager to build a career in sales within the sustainable building technologies sector.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, managing client interactions, and collaborating closely with sales colleagues.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English to serve the multilingual Belgian market effectively.
- Motivated to develop professionally and take on greater responsibilities over time.
